Very thorough, open answered all questions was not pressured in anyway. Provided all options for finance and explained thoroughly. Adam was very professional and courteous throughout We have used B Eyres and sons for many years and will continue to do so

Having spent months searching for our perfect car and running the gauntlet of many unscrupulous and pushy car salesman Charlotte and Adam were the complete opposite and wonderful to deal with. Having found the car we wanted on Ford Direct we asked them to source it for us rather than our local Ford garage and drove an hour rather than 5 minutes for their honest and lovely service (and saved £500 that the other Ford dealer wanted as a delivery fee). Wouldn�??t hesitate to use them again including servicing our new car and would highly recommend.

We had really good service from Adam, we were really unsure about if a car was suitable for our specific needs , he did not rush us , kindly let us have a Test Drive the next day and still gave us more time to make up our minds, which which we are very grateful for.We look forward to receiving our New Car next week.

Brilliant... We called in to talk about what we were looking for. The next day phone call to say they had just got something in that fits our needs. Went to see it that day, test drove and the car was perfect. I was late to driving and quite nervous with this being all new, first time buying my own car. Couldnt have asked for better. Excellent service as always from Eyres. No pushy salesmen trying to meet targets. Just friendly, informative and helpful. We had personal registrations to swap but Adam was happy to sort all this for us. The vehicle we chose, like all their stock, was great quality and presented to us in a lovely clean condition.

Great service throughout the process of buying my car. Taking it for a test drive was no problem. Adam gave me time and space to decide if I'd like to go through with the purchase. Car was really well priced with the added benefit of coming from a main dealer and the reassurance that comes with it. I travelled to get the car and the support and help with getting there and even waiting on my arrival was second to none. The service was very traditional and something not seen in many main dealers these days, long May it continue, and I would happily travel again to buy a good quality second hand car from them again in a heart beat.

Following a trawl through available Ford dealers I settled on the Bert Eyres family run business. The willingness of staff to meet my requirements was very refreshing. All vehicles viewed on line were shortlisted and my final choice was delivered to me for checking and to test drive. The car had COVID preventative measures prior to delivery. My test drive was also compliant with current government procedures.

The garage was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoyed purchasing my vehicle and will be returning it for all necessary work and services. Fantastic team.
